About three-quarters of the trail is shaded, which is great on a sunny day, and there’s plenty of seating along the way if you need a break.
The park is well-equipped with amenities, including pavilions with grills, restrooms, a playground, soccer field, dog park, and spots for fishing. It really offers something for everyone.
The only downside is the nearby airport—there’s quite a bit of air traffic overhead, which can take away from the tranquility at times. Still, it’s a great park overall and worth visiting."

"Very nice park. They have a dock that you can fish off & a pier. The water was clear & could see fish jumping out of the water. I stopped by to take pictures of the area. There was 1 boat that came up the river & there were a few ppl fishing 🎣
They must have an air strip nearby because smaller planes were flying over constantly, so besides the noise from the planes its very quiet & peaceful.
It would be a perfect place for pictures. The scenery is beautiful."
