What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Wynn Las Vegas is widely praised for its luxurious atmosphere, elegant design, and exceptional service, making it a top choice for a high-end Vegas experience. Guests frequently highlight the beautiful rooms, the captivating Lake of Dreams show, and the quality of dining options. However, some visitors find the buffet to be overpriced for its offerings, and securing reservations at the most exclusive restaurants can be challenging.
"Yes, this is one of the premier hotels on the Las Vegas strip. Yes, the offerings and services cater to a specific client, and do that well.
However, for me, the hotel is needlessly expensive and over-engineered. I understand that the television is always on when you enter the room for the first time, and the ad for the hotel's show is on a 90 second loop. But there are no clear instructions to turn the television off. Eventually, hotel guests will probably learn that there's an Alexa in the room, and if that Alexa is powered on, you can instruct it to turn the television off. But modern engineering has solved this, some many years ago, with the use of a simple infrared based remote control. In addition, it would be nice to have a usable refrigerator, rather than a stylish black box filled with alcohol and mixers, which bill your room for every bottle and can which is disturbed for more than a few seconds.
The Wynn is also known for a stellar collection of great restaurants. But it would be nice to have a place which did not have an extensive wait time, and cost less than $40 to $50 per person, let alone $150 a person or more. Unfortunately, most of my meals require a half hour to an hour of extra walking or driving, to another hotel or off the strip entirely.
And, really? You are a casino. Why do you need to charge for parking?"

"My wife and I have been coming to the Wynn for over 15 years, and it somehow continues to impress us more with each visit. This was my wife’s first time staying here and my third, and we were both blown away by the experience. The consistency and quality across every part of the resort are unmatched in Las Vegas.
The staff are always welcoming, professional, and attentive in a way that makes us feel genuinely valued as guests. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and elegantly designed, striking the perfect balance of comfort and luxury. On this trip, we stayed in the Wynn Parlor Suite in the Wynn Tower, and it was absolutely incredible—beautifully appointed, quiet, and luxurious in every detail. Dining here is consistently exceptional—whether it’s fine dining or casual options, the food quality and presentation are second to none. The staff at Tableau for breakfast were beyond exceptional, making every morning feel like a special start to our day.
What stands out most is how Wynn continues to evolve without ever losing its signature elegance. Every stay feels both familiar and refreshed, and it’s why we will always stay at the Wynn whenever we come to Las Vegas. It continues to grow on its already excellent service and amenities, setting the gold standard of hospitality in Vegas"

"Edited: Sept 2025. Headed back to Vegas sure won’t be staying here. Didn’t hear much from management either. Super amazing hotel. BUT customer service experience was not what I expected for a luxury hotel at this price point. The gentleman that checked me in was rude and obviously did not want to be at work on the Friday we checked in. NOTE I had NO special requests......other than I would like to have my 2 rooms on the same floor. Bell service was hands off, and several others were "I don't handle that ..... please go over there and ask...." Again amazing hotel BUT the experience was NOT there. Suggest that if you want amazing customer experience THIS IS NOT it. Just as an aside, Table minimums never dropped below $50 or at least I could not find any during my stay and slots are locked pretty tight on payouts. Probably not returning here with the marginal customer service that I experienced. For this price point there are numerous other hotels that I have stayed at the make the Wynn look awful in terms of customer experience."
