Reviews Summary

Resorts World Las Vegas is a modern and visually appealing resort with a lot to offer, including a great pool complex and diverse dining. While some find its location a bit far north on the Strip and the casino atmosphere less vibrant than older resorts, many guests praise the clean, new rooms and excellent amenities. It's often seen as a solid choice, especially for those seeking value and a less crowded experience.

"The shopping options were very limited. I only came across one clothing store and one sneaker store. The sneaker shop primarily focused on custom creations, which is a unique and interesting concept, but the selection of sneakers available for direct purchase was quite minimal. Overall, the variety of retail stores was lacking, and I expected a broader range of shopping opportunities.

In addition, dining on the property was not the best value. Every morning we had to get dressed and leave the resort to find breakfast elsewhere, as it was more affordable and worth the price outside. The same applied to dinner; venturing off the resort provided better options in both quality and cost.

On top of that, the $600 hold placed on the room was excessive. I could understand such a high amount if it were a group of people staying in one room, but for just a couple, it felt unreasonable.

That being said, the cleanliness of the property was immaculate. I did not see trash anywhere during my stay, and housekeeping service was truly exceptional. Our room was always spotless and well maintained.

Not once were we offered the opportunity to take a ride on the ZOOX. The staff approached other people, but didn’t even look our way. Very disappointing. On top of that, we were not given water bottles at the check-in desk, while we saw others being handed them.

This a was the 2nd time we stayed at this hotel. I truly believe it was our last."

"Was here for a work trip with attendance to the convention center near by. If you're here for work it's a breeze to get to the convention center! I'd recommend getting there by the Vegas Loop. It's an underground electric car route to convention center/back with fun lights and drivers ready to take you. The hotel can guide you how to get down there (5 min walk through casino down to the tunnel).

Hotel was in great shape with spacious rooms and nice amenities. My room was quiet and I slept well. Check in was pretty easy, maybe a 5min wait in line (it can get longer). Thankfully my room was ready early and was able to access it.

Pools - lots of them! Fun music playing to set the vibe, not too loud or too quiet. The majority of the pools you have free access to use with loungers. Additionally there's also a skyline pool, kids pool and reserved pool if that's more of your style.

I'd stay here again for sure. Staff was wonderful, hotel in great condition."

"Resorts World has quickly become one of my go-to hotels when I’m in Vegas. The only bummer is it’s on the north end of the Strip, so there’s not a ton around it yet — but a quick Uber gets you anywhere you want to be. The nice part is you barely have to leave the resort because there are so many places to eat inside. Seriously, it’s a lifesaver when you’re traveling with a group that can’t agree on food.

This trip we stayed on the Conrad side of the hotel, but honestly our room felt almost identical to the Hilton side where we’ve stayed before. Something to consider if you’re deciding between towers — you might want to just go with whichever is cheaper, because the difference isn’t huge.

The only real downside of our stay was during my husband’s birthday weekend. The pool, which was advertised as open until 8 PM, suddenly closed at 6 PM while we were there. It was Labor Day weekend, so that was a big letdown—especially since we’d only been out there for about an hour and had already racked up a decent poolside tab. When we mentioned it at checkout, staff explained they had shifted to “off-peak hours,” but no one communicated this beforehand. They offered us a late checkout as compensation, but by then we were already leaving.

All that said, I still love Resorts World and will probably stay again. Just a heads-up to anyone booking: double-check pool hours, and don’t stress too much about Conrad vs. Hilton."
