It's a great spot for dog walks and family outings, offering a blend of nature and history. "I love this park !! it has two nice big loops to walk, one more wooded while the other wraps around the open field. my dog absolutely looooveeessss going for walks here, his favorite part is seeing the horses (if they’re out :)
I will say please remember tick safety!! This area has lots so I highly recommend using a tick collar for your dogs, staying on the path, and checking yourself as soon as you get home!!"

"Nice little walk, about an hour depending on which trail. Not a lot of frills and theres a data center visible towards one end, so that decreases the fun a little, but still nice to get your steps in!"
Keith C.
"Beautiful place and terrific job with historical information and trails. Well worth a visit for history buffs, also just a great walk.
Signage on trails (two loops and some side paths) can get a little loose, but meandering is good too in this lovely area!"
