It’s a terrible feeling to try and support local businesses only to be penalized. Visitors, be extremely cautious! On top of that, appealing the tickets is virtually useless."

An architectural wonder, and with breathtaking masonry, the City Hall towers above you and mesmerizes you. Even though there isn't something that you 'do' here, I have not known anyone to have spent just a few seconds around the building. It's awesomeness just sucks you into quiet wonder & admiration. So, if you're in Lowell - Make sure to check this place out!"
