"The trail itself is fairly nice; definitely a decent spot for viewing wildlife. Unfortunately you may encounter lots of trash and graffitti in certain spots, and that is normal for trails like this that aren't state/federally managed. As many other reviewers have said (and this is common knowledge for Pensacola locals), it is in a "sketchy" area and I would not be comfortable holding expensive belongings out in plain view while walking by other people. I only visited once and may not visit again."

"Could be great but the trail is in a sketchy area. The boardwalk and bridges are new/under-construction but they are spray painted and there is trash strewn about. Such a shame that it is in the state it is but this place is a victim of its location."
