"My husband and I had our first experience zip lining today at Smokey Mountain Zip Lines. From the booking process, checking in, getting geared up, explaining the rules and process, the ride up the mountain, zip lining and back at the start to get out of the gear was a smooth, easy and fun experience!! Everyone there, especially our tour guides Morgan and Charlie, were great making our trip thoroughly enjoyable. A HUGE shoutout to Morgan and Charlie. They were both amazing tour guides. They were funny, engaging, personable and made the trip even better. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made us feel safe and at ease. I would definitely recommend Smokey Mountain Zip Lines and know we will be back to do it again!"

"Best time we had while in pigeon forge. I would recommend to any and everyone to do this. We did the zip line then the side by side and both was a blast. We had the best instructors on both adventures. The only down side i could see that needs to be improved on . Is yaw need pictures or something. It would have been so much better to have something to remember this . Drone ,camera ,videos something."
