Visitors love the engaging tours, the chance to explore preserved buildings, and the scenic journey across the Old Seven Mile Bridge. Some note that amenities can come with unexpected charges, and planning transport in advance is advised.
"What a gem! It takes about 2.5 hours to visit with the train. Lovely staff, learned a lot about history, highly recommended."
Reka
"Be aware everything is an upcharge. There's no sign at the start of the bridge saying no bathrooms. We got to the end saw the sign, asked about the bathroom only to be told $5 per person per use. The tram doesn't pick up at the parking lot AT the start of the bridge but a parking lot .25 miles away the tram schedule is poor. I'd suggest using a bicycle."
Berin
"Biked over on the bridge. Amazing day of snorkeling! Love it here."
