"Great place to visit to get a chance to see fish close up, the staff working there are super nice and happy to answer questions about the dam, fish ladder and the fish. However be aware that fish will not be there all year, we visited on 4th of July and there were a lot of fish, but when I visited in early May there was nothing. We will definitely go again."
Pernille Langenbach
"The staff are extremely friendly. It is fun watching the fish swimming through the passage - some of them were huge! If you time it just right you can see boats going through the dam lock. There is plenty of parking and has several turn out areas on the way to the dam. There are also tons of wild blackberry bushes around the area with huge berries on them."
