What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Reef Point Festival Park is widely loved as a summer tradition, especially by families, thanks to its excellent pool and vibrant community events. Visitors consistently praise the friendly staff and the enjoyable on-site brewpub. However, some recent feedback points to concerns about dock maintenance and rising costs under new management.
"Reef Point Marina is truly our favorite place to spend the summer! My in-laws have had a boat here for years, and now it’s become a special tradition for our whole family. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. The marina is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained — you can tell they take great pride in it.
The pool area is amazing, especially for families. Our two young boys absolutely love spending their days swimming and meeting new friends while we relax and enjoy the sunshine. The marina events are another highlight — they do such a great job bringing the community together with fun activities, music, and food throughout the season.
We honestly couldn’t imagine spending our summers anywhere else. Reef Point isn’t just a marina to us — it’s a second home filled with great people and great memories!"

"Visited for four days during 4th of July week and found the facilities very clean, staff abundant and friendly, and the on-site brewpub excellent. Highly recommended!"

"Great staff but the county and F3 corporate have driven the place into the ground. Docks that fail chains and collide with other boats (and you the boat owner get to cover the repairs), non power-washed docks and higher rates so F3 can maximize profits. After 3 years we are pulling the plug on boating all together."
