"Went here on a free museum day and was amazed to see a great collection of beautiful cars. Being a resident of Sacramento for so long but did it know about the museum; perhaps this needs to be publicized bit better. I have been to many automobile museums and this is surely one of the best. They have e free parking, volunteers to assist, a gift shop and restrooms. On normal days tickets range from $8 to $12. They do allow visitors to sit and ride on those classic cars; do check their websites. Overall highly recommend!"

"I had a couple hours on a Wednesday morning to spare before a flight and thought this would fill it. I had a wayyyyy better time than I expected.
The front desk folks were friendly and welcoming, and a kind gentleman offered to guide me through with some storytelling, if I was interested.
There was no pressure, and I knew I might be tight for time, so I decided to view the cars on my own, but the conversation we had about the early vehicles was very cool and there’s a lot of history I never knew about. I regretted not having him guide me through the whole place.
I met the owner, too, he was super friendly and was working on the cars! At the time, there were mustangs being featured, and I was able to sit in a Model A and a Mustang that day. A great memory."
