What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Harbor Island Park is lauded as a hidden gem offering beautiful bay views, especially at sunset, and a relaxing atmosphere for walks and bike rides. While facilities are minimal, its scenic beauty and proximity to dining make it a worthwhile visit for many.
"This park in San Diego is a true gem! It was one of the best parts of our trip. We stayed at the Sheraton next to the park and visited it every day. It’s an amazing place to watch the sunset and city lights after dark. During the day, it’s a great place to relax and enjoy the bay. There’s a nice walking path, and the round trip is about 1.5 miles. There aren’t any facilities, except for a few benches. It’s definitely worth checking out if you’re ever in San Diego. You might miss it because it’s not as well-known as some of the other parks, but it was definitely one of our favorites."

"What a relaxing and beautiful place for a stroll or bike ride for you and your sweetie. If you get hungry, there are several places to eat at. Or, you can get your yummies and set on a park bench to enjoy the bay. Watching the watercraft, bicycles and people walking their furry friends."

"Awesome view. I love riding my scooter through here up and down the Bayfront. I like to travel from Coronado bridge to the airport pretty often."
