"Grand elegance! Every inch is a story from a rich past. The decor throughout is extraordinary and full of whimsy, splendor, color and opulent comfort.
John is a wonderful host and makes everyone feel like family. And beautiful Ms Ruthie served a really delicious breakfast and shared her joy of being a piece of Shreveport's proud and giving community.
Skip the "box" hotels and stay at the Fairfield Inn...you will be very glad that you did!"

"Will remove review once issue is resolved.
Poor communication. Multiple calls emails and text sent to discuss upcoming wedding that was planned at this venue. John refused to answer calls or return emails prompting my brother to have to go and wait for him personally.
No clear menu provided for options for reception food, unable to get clear and direct answers about services provided. Requested $500 “deposit” to be refunded (no contract signed)
Once this is refunded I will remove the review.
However until it is. I would suggest couples beware booking this venue for your wedding/shower or party needs."
