"First visit to the museum, didn't get to go in bc on my skateboard and arrived too late. I was only really there to take pictures of the trees around the park this day anyways. What a place! There are actually people that enjoy parks in Los Angeles lol! A lot of people, not an argument to be seen. The only problem I had was the people who don't like me for whatever reason they have making my life difficult for whatever reason. Enough about me. Looked like there were plenty of places to sit, catch some sun in grass that doesn't smell like bum or dog pee! If you're not from here and used to it, that's a huge plus. A large gentle sloping hill to relax on. Baseball diamonds, Basketball courts, playgrounds, bathrooms( the one I seen was disgusting for some reason pictures attached),and trees lots of trees. A children's memorial that we are going to figure out( see pics attached) what exactly the message is in here. The moment I walked into the area I could tell there was digital artwork on every tile. As I am writing this I've not gone through the pics because I wanted to write the captions after this and studying the photos. But I'm betting about ninety person of everything that there are images on every one of those tiles. Let's hope they are positive and not negative banter by some knuckleheads. Sidenote. When I got there security told me the story of the children's memorial and said it is open late and I got all kinds of time. I went inside pretty soon after that conversation and wouldn't you know the security guard that was left to guard the place came in about :90 after I walked in and said it was time to go. He will be the one locking the gate up early in the picture I post. I don't know why everyone is always hating on me. But whatever. I'll keep doing what I do and y'all keep looking at the photos. We WILL figure it out somehow. But man, what a place. As you can see these trees have a great story to tell. So many ways to view them. There are a lot of lower sections of the park so the upward angle of the pictures automatically light them up because the sky is always in the background. Enjoy the park enjoy the trees enjoy the people enjoy the security, enjoy the museum, enjoy every minute you can. #blessed"

"Sobering experience that no one should miss. The Holocaust was a terrible time in history and this museum offers our community the opportunity to educate ourselves about the events that took place during WWII, in a clear and concise manner. The museum has free admission on Thursdays and Sundays, and appointments are available online. There is a entrance fee on other days of the week but it is worth your time and money. You will come out with more knowledge and respect for humanity."

"This places fun to go to because of all the beautiful artifacts. The staff is also really amazing! Something that I find really interesting about this place is that they have some of the artifacts that is in Auschwitz. There is also a lot that this museum offers to the community around it. They have summer programs for youth to express themselves creatively and still educate the people there! Also I’m really great thing is that there is a beautiful park right next to the museum! I am beyond grateful to have access to such and amazing place and educational as well."
