"Lack of decent stores/restaurants, and too many homeless causing issues. There is usually some trash or spilled items laying around, and the smell of urine. They have security guards, but I don’t think they are around 24/7. They seem to keep the homeless at bay during the day for the most part, but they come out at night. The clinic/welfare center for the homeless brings them in and ruins any other businesses chance of thriving.
If you walk through the inside corridor, you will see how depressing it is."
