"Hello?! This place is a hidden gem!
How did I not visit this place before? And it's so close to my hometown!
Anyway, the trail is very well taken care of. It's only like half a mile (paved) to the scenic view if you were there just for that, but gosh, it's so worth it. Pictures in for reference.
No complaints did the 3.5-mile loop, which is pretty moderate. Nothing is too crazy, but it's so much fun!! Got some rocky terrain, some hills, and a bit of mud. Almost no bugs, which was amazing mid-May. A bit of pollen, though, had the sneezings for a bit, nothing horrible, though.
This is a must-see location if you're near!!!"

"Gorgeous weather and a beautiful place for fall color and taking a walk! We were here several years ago and they have made improvements since. Very nice mini pavilions with picnic tables and very nice benches facing the overlook of Meramec. We took a nice dirt trail through the woods. Great place for people that ride bikes too!"

"Beautiful views with tons different trails! Tons of wildlife and biking trails, as long as you leave the bikes room they were friendly!"
