"Yet another historical church in Bridgetown...this one bares the name Cathedral as there's another Anglican Church in Bridgetown with a significant history connected to it...St Mary's Church.
Located on St Michael's Row this church is also full of history and is one of the oldest on the island...Barbados's first premier, Prime Ministers and prominent people of society at the time are all buried on the church grounds.
The aesthetic and architecture are beautiful inside along with its organ feature, I was impressed with the gravestones buried under the church floor and well preserved, the many plaques and memorial adorned the church walls was also quite impressive.
The church yard with its vast gravestones and grounds are well maintained with lovely shaded trees...opposite the Central Bank of Barbados, this area connection is quite nice and clean with benches to relax on a beautiful day."
