"Not an impressive place, if you were passing from there pay it a visit, but it's not worthy for the road trip from Sofia although it is less than an hour, I saw nothing but a few frogs. The tower is abandoned and the door is locked from inside, you can unlock it though from the side window but it has very limited vie for outside as the windows are very small."

"This place could be so much better, but is hugely lacking.
There’s obviously been a large fire recently that has burnt out some of the boardwalk, and I don’t know if what happened to the bird hide is fire related, but there’s only the metal skeleton left. We did find a short section of boardwalk after walking through a cleared path for 100m or so, but there wasn’t much of it and it dead ended quite quickly.
Could be so much better with a little investment.
I don’t know how secure the car park etc is, though we were ok."
