"I recently went to Snow Valley Aerial Park with my family and I found that the park itself was really enjoyable and a great activity to bring your friends and family to. They had different colours on the wires to determine how difficult a course was. However I found that the service during the time that we went there was really lacking. Our worker felt like he just woke up and the kids were asking him lots of questions but he just seemed like he wanted to leave. I had to teach myself how to use the whole clip on situation because his demo was really horrible as he was just mumbling words. Your whole entire experience can be influenced by who you get as a worker and unfortunately our first impression wasn’t the greatest. Don’t get me wrong some of the workers of the friendly but a lot of them were just on their phones. One of the kids on the structure got scared and I looked over at one of the workers and he was just sitting here like it wasn’t his problem. Over all the experience was alright, the Aerial park was really fun but the service and safety didn’t feel dependable."
