"It was very positive... I was more keen this time on contemporary art works which are breathtaking and it invited me to humility... Yes, they speak much beyond what I understand now.."

"I don’t often rate museums but this one deserves it.
The Isenheim Altarpiece is the star of the show, and they do it perfectly. Plenty of space is given to each set of panels. Plenty of educational materials are readily available.
And bless them for this-benches so one can sit and contemplate.
Generous space is also allowed sit the masterpiece can be thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated.
The rest of the museum is a delight. A wide range of art and artifacts from the history of Colmar and Alsace is presented. Again-with thought and thoroughness."
