"The place was well worth the money. All of the staff with the exception of a woman working the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Was there for work and didn't feel like going out a couple of nights so we ate at the bar. If you do that, you have to try the club sandwich, it was great. Prices were reasonable and parking garage was secure. Would stay there again if I find myself back that way."

"We booked this hotel back in May for our stay on August 2nd and 3rd. Just two days before arrival, we received an email stating that the hotel’s underground parking was under renovation and we would need to use public parking instead. Unfortunately, the directions provided were unclear, and we had to carry several heavy suitcases up the stairs ourselves.
To make matters worse, the air conditioning was not functioning. We later found out through other reviews that the AC had already been out of service for at least a month, during the peak of summer heat.
Breakfast was also a disappointment: overcrowded and chaotic, with a very small dining area that is clearly insufficient for a hotel complex of this size.
I am giving the hotel 2 stars. The second star is purely for the hotel staff, who did their best to make up for the issues by offering us complimentary wine and free entrance to the casino."
