Anshupa Lake fresh water oxbow lake on the left bank of the Mahanadi river, opposite Banki in Cuttack district, Odisha, India. It is situated amidst the Saranda Hills and enclosed by bamboo tree greenery and mango trees and acts as a shelter for the migratory birds in the wintry weather season. There are boating and fishing facilities.The lake has been designated as a protected Ramsar site since 2021.with a distance of only 1.2 km, situated in the place named Subarnapur. There is 2 parks there one is situated at the road level and other is 1 and half km in upward direction..from where you can see complete view of Ansupa..the collection of flowers are Mesmerizing 🌸🌸🎶🦋

"Picnic spot near Cuttack. You can cook food over there but you have to bring everything. They built separate places to cook food and for sitting which is covered by cloth cost us Rs 400/-
Overall it will be great if you visit this place with a lot of gatherings. It has boating options and a park as well to click good pictures."
