"Visiting the Zenana Enclosure with my family was an unforgettable experience, exploring the vast compound filled with incredible architecture and history. The Lotus Mahal, with its beautiful Indo-Islamic style, truly stood out. The intricacies of its design and the serene atmosphere of the enclosure made it feel like we had stepped back in time.
We wandered through the spacious corridors, marveling at the structures like the Jal Mahal and the watchtowers that once protected this royal space. The Treasury Museum, though photography wasn’t allowed, gave us a glimpse of artifacts from the Vijayanagara Empire, including weaponry and historical treasures.
On the other side of the compound, we visited the Elephant Stables, a massive structure that once housed royal elephants, and the Guards House, now converted into a museum with fascinating displays.
