"This place is definitely a hidden gem of Karnataka.
Located in the small town of Krishnarajapete, this seems the most accessible temple related to Hoysalas. Built by Hoysalas back in the 13th century and renovated by the Vijayanagara empire, this place is nothing less than looking back at the rich history of Karnataka. The carvings on the rocks are brilliant!! ASI should have allowed photography inside the temple consdering how beautiful it is.
Since not many visit this place, you will have the entire premises for yourself. There is no need to purchase any ticket to visit this place."
