What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise the Fuji Motorsports Museum as a beautifully curated and engaging destination, especially for car enthusiasts. The knowledgeable and friendly staff significantly enhance the experience, offering insightful explanations. While the souvenir shop selection is noted as limited, the overall atmosphere, stunning car displays, and scenic views make it a highly recommended visit.
"I visited this rare museum during my hotel stay. I’m enthusiastic about cars, but I don’t know much about their history. At first, I was just looking at the cars without really understanding much, but then a friendly staff member came over and started explaining different things about the cars I was looking at.
I ended up having way more fun than I expected. I started asking questions, and he answered all of them with clear and easy-to-understand explanations. It even made me more curious about my own car—I decided to check technical manuals and videos afterward, haha.
We spoke in Japanese, so I really enjoyed the experience. I’m not sure how much English support there is for foreign visitors, but since I saw several hotel staff speaking English, I assume some museum staff might as well. Either way, I recommend chatting with the staff while looking at the cars—you’ll probably learn things you didn’t expect, and it makes the visit a lot more fun."
