"Hiked from Kobotoke bus stop to Shiroyama first and caught and glimpse for Mt.Fuji from there and we walked down the way to came a bit and and diverted around 1.2km to Kagenobuyama. If you walk the other side from shiroyama, you reach Takaosan in 3km. Decided to go to Kagenobuyama since there was much lesser crowd going that way. The views were beautiful and you have tables and seating area there to rest up. There’s a small shop there for snacks, drinks and some food. You can go to another summit from here called Mt. Jinba but that was another 6km hike. From Kagenobuyama you can take an alternate route down to Kobotoke bus stop from where you started. Lot of mountains connect here and just follows the signs to get around!"
