"Holy Moley travellers of Japan, do yourself and favour and go see some rakugo (traditional Japanese comedy) at this theatre!
The staff were ever-so-lovely and explained (in Japanese) the performances and how it all worked so I'll break it down here:
You pay for your ticket and you can stay as LONG as you want and watch the shows which range from Rakugo to magic to music!!
Even if you don't understand Japanese, the expressions, gestures and experience are worth it!!
You can bring in food and drinks to consume between shows, but if you LEAVE THE VENUE YOU CANT GO BACK IN
So be warned!!! But stay as long as you like otherwise
NO PHOTOS OR VIDEOS INSIDE
Seating is free reign so go wherever there is space but if you're tall just be mindful 🙏🙏
Have a great time and experience some of the oldest culture Japan has to offer!"
