"October 13 2021
Just lyk mt samat cross, bnpp is not only NON operational but NO entrance as well due to covid protocols.
As to whether bnpp should b operational, it would lyk riding a 1976 toyota corolla in da year 2021. ALL would b costly to maintain and parts to be modernized. But m not a politician, m just a person who wanders round philippines wid my golden retrievers."
