Reviews Summary

Gawahon Eco Park is a haven for nature lovers, offering beautiful waterfalls and rainforest treks. While some visitors lament past environmental changes, the park's natural charm and refreshing cold springs remain a significant draw. It's a place that encourages self-reliance and a deep appreciation for the outdoors, though visitors should come prepared with their own food and sturdy footwear.

"Perfect for nature enthusiast. Roads leading here should be improved. We went here in the morning and the cold breeze of air from the falls welcomed us. However, their fees for me should be at least quite lower. Overall, it was a good experience."

"This place suits best for nature enthusiasts. You can try trekking through the rainforest then to the hidden falls. Just watch your step and the leaves because there are leeches lurking along the way (not to scare you in any way though). There's bird watching too."

A M

"Gawahon is a beautiful place but it used to be better. It used to have more trees. I remember when you reach a certain area and the cold air reminds you that you are away from the city. Now, because the trees were cut down, the place is hotter and not as beautiful.

May the local government replant the trees and be more vigilant and wiser in protecting the environment.

Hundreds of trees were cut down but as of now, not a single tree has been replanted in their place."
