"At a walking distance from old town, I visited in the evening. It closes at 8. Very beautiful decorated Chinese temple witnessing history of Phuket. There are statues of lions at the entrance of the main temple. These statues have rolling stone balls in their mouth. I wonder, how these balls are carved out inside the mouth. There is a huge long trunk of a tree kept horizontally with a garland on it. I could not get the significance of it."

"An important taoist temple in the region. Must visit if you are here. Inside, there is also a small shrine for the goddess of mercy. Make a donation to support if you can."
