What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise Grosvenor and Hilbert Park for its beautiful, well-maintained grounds, diverse facilities including a great playground and cafe, and its role as a community hub. Some find parking challenging and certain areas hilly, but overall it's considered a gem for families, dog walkers, and nature lovers.
"I wanted to go somewhere a bit different with my dogs. Unfortunately I found that there was no parking for the main park. And had to park in a visitor bay in one of the housing complexes near the park. The park itself was beautiful, very green but lots of hills which was a little hard for one of my dogs as she struggles with the hills. But overall a good park, would I come here again probably not. Good for children as the park looked like it had a lot going for it."

"Lovely local park with a range of facilities. A small cafe and large children's play area for small ones. Other games and activity areas for older young adults. Dog walking, running, paddling areas.
Good for getting exercise in lovely, well maintained surroundings."
Joy C
"A lovely park with lots of different activity areas: woodlands, grassy banks, wetland, large pond with a grotto-looking series of wells, various children's playgrounds, bowls, playing fields, cafe, toilets, (these were closed so can't say how good they are). I could go on. Lots of people and dogs enjoying a warm summer's evening (even if the Olympic swimming was on!)."
