"Go here every Saturday for breakfast with my partner, never tbh had an issue, lovely breakfasts!
Today my breakfast was brought, 10 minutes later I went to ask where my partner’s food was, was told we only ordered one!
They then said they had picked up the wrong ticket, and started making my partner’s food.
Another 10 minutes and the food arrived, given an explanation of the error, by now my food was cold!
The owner then came over, seeing my near full plate of food put to one side, asked if I was finished, which I explained it was cold due to the mishap in the kitchen, she then went in the kitchen, asked a few questions, then came out and walked straight passed me!
Now I wasn’t expecting any sort of refund, but as a retired businessman from the hospitality sector, I’d have at least offered an apology, just out of common decency!
This to me shows that your just an order, paying money, unless your in the click! This is extremely poor customer service!!!!!!!
Like I said, we go every weekend, never before had an issue, and the food is great, we will still be going, but cleaning up after ourselves, leaving tips, will no longer happen, and they will just be a place that makes me my breakfast, and we will just be a couple they want in, get their money and then get rid off!!"
