"This place beautifully combines history and scenery in one visit. The museum exhibit was especially memorable—seeing toys like spinning tops from my own childhood brought back a wave of nostalgia. It’s a fantastic spot for both learning about the past and enjoying a walk down memory lane. Highly recommend for anyone who loves history, culture, and a touch of personal nostalgia!"

"Found fascinating and learned some history. Opens at 8 and I recommend coming early if you plan to hike up the trail during summer. Hike is beautiful and views are amazing. If you decide to do hike I recommend wearing pants for thorny bushes along trail."
Susan Dunn
"This was a special weekend. We watched some employees dressed in 1880 baseball attire play some visitors. It was fun, and icicles were handed out afterward. Then we watched a demo of the cannon and big gun. Which was awesome. The best part for me was taking part in folding the gigantic US flag. It was a great visit. The rangers were all awesome. Great place to visit."
