"I had very positive experience with them. The staff there is very friendly. During the pandemic, you need to give them a call to make an appointment. They will also remind you by phone before the appointment. Once you get there, you can get the service immediately. People also keep a very safe distance and wear a mask. Overall I will give them 5 stars."

"For a city office, this is one is nice. Location is convenient, free parking, friendly staff, and beautiful historic building. I appreciate the text services, which notify you of how much time you have to wait in line. I was missing a piece of paperwork when I went in to get my car registration updated, but the kind lady working with me was able to get me everything I needed and just took care of the missing item afterwards. I was happy to not have to return, especially with an infant in tow!"
