"This is a lovely park featuring a preserved excavation of the main house of a Spansh Plantation. The site is under a pavilion. Visitors can view the ruins from a boardwalk and read about what they are viewing at vaious stations. Other relics found at the site are on display in cases on the boardwalk. Very unique. At Bings Landing, there are also shaded trails for up to a mile of walking, more history, a fabulous boat ramp into the Matanzas River, picnic tables, a playground, fishing piers and a BBQ restaurant that smelled wonderful. We didn't eat there."

We enjoyed the short trails, perfect for kids, and loved spotting dolphins from the fishing pier. The picnic pavilions and grills were ideal for our lunch, and the playground kept the kids entertained. We also explored the historic Mala Compra Plantation site, which added a cool historical vibe. Clean facilities and a peaceful atmosphere made it a perfect outing. Can’t wait to return for kayaking!"
