"This resort used to be one of the cleanest I’ve visited, but my recent stay was very disappointing. The bathrooms smelled like urine, windows and screens were dirty, and overall cleanliness was poor. I even saw the room next door get “cleaned” in under 15 minutes. When Bluegreen managed the property, rooms were spotless and sanitized the difference now is noticeable.

"The place was actually pretty fun. The food at Mulligan’s was decent and the cottage we stayed at was clean. But the workers here were really rude for some reason. It was kind of weird. The server at Mulligan’s was incredibly rude, but we still tipped her over 20% thinking she was just having a bad day.. but no, it’s not even that. Many workers here were just as rude as she was. Never seen anything like it. And the lifeguard at the indoor pool should be fired immediately. He was allowing children to go on the slide together, with goggles around their neck, and some children were even going on their tummies and pushing other kids down. He didn’t blow his whistle once. I was so uncomfortable that I had to leave. Other than the rude employees though, I would recommend this place for the amenities and fun atmosphere."

"We were in Villa #1. Make sure you don’t walk around without your shoes on or your feet will go black. Everything was sticky and dingy. Oh it’s also nice getting woken up my a mouse crawling all over your stuff (photo attached). The next day we investigated the villa and found mice droppings in multiple places and mold around the windows. Finally we did reach out right away and all they did was set mouse traps and said they hoped we enjoyed the rest of our trip. This place used to be so nice and now it’s a joke. The beds are disgusting."
