Cecilio Waterman

Cecilio Waterman is a powerful, physically imposing Panamanian forward who has spent his entire career in South American football, primarily in Uruguay and Chile. He made his name at Fenix in Uruguay before moving through Defensor Sporting and into Chilean football, where stints at Everton de Viña, Cobresal, and Coquimbo Unido established him as a reliable Liga Primera performer. A brief spell at Alianza Lima in Peru added further regional breadth. Now at Universidad de Concepción, the 35-year-old brings aerial presence and hold-up ability to Panama's attack — a different profile from the more technical forwards in the squad.
