César Huerta

César Huerta is a left-footed winger with sharp dribbling ability and a direct style that caused problems for Liga MX defenders at Pumas before earning him a move to Anderlecht in Belgium. He came through Chivas's academy but found his best early form at UNAM, where his pace and one-on-one threat made him one of the more watchable attackers in Mexican football. His move to Europe at 24 was a significant step, and for El Tri he offers width and unpredictability on the left flank — a profile Mexico's national team has often struggled to fill consistently.
