Jordy Caicedo

Jordy Caicedo is a well-travelled Ecuadorian striker whose career has taken him across South America, Europe, and Mexico without ever quite nailing down a permanent home. He had stints at Tigres UANL and Atlas in Liga MX, spent time in Bulgaria with CSKA Sofia, and most recently played in Spain with Sporting Gijón before returning to Argentina's Huracán. A physical, direct centre-forward, Caicedo has been a useful squad option for Ecuador's national team but has struggled to displace the first-choice attackers. At 28, he brings experience across multiple leagues and continents to the squad.
