Julián Quiñones

Julián Quiñones is a Colombian-born forward who spent the bulk of his career in Liga MX — most notably at Tigres and Atlas — before naturalizing as a Mexican citizen and committing to El Tri. A pacy, direct winger with good finishing instincts, he was one of the more dangerous attackers in Mexican football during his Atlas years. His move to Club América and then Saudi Arabia's Al Qadsiah followed his international switch, which generated significant debate in Colombia. For Mexico, he adds pace and directness to the attack, though his naturalization path means he carries extra scrutiny every time he plays.
