Štěpán Chaloupek

Štěpán Chaloupek is a young defender still building his senior credentials, having joined Slavia Prague in 2023 after a spell at Teplice. At 23, he is one of the less established names in the Czech defensive pool, and his inclusion in the national setup reflects both the depth Slavia provide to the squad and the coaching staff's willingness to invest in younger options. He has not yet accumulated the European or top-level domestic experience of colleagues like Robin Hranáč or Tomáš Holeš, but regular football at Slavia — a club that competes in European competition — gives him a credible platform for development.
