Tomáš Souček is the undisputed leader of the Czech midfield — a towering, physically dominant box-to-box midfielder who has been one of West Ham's most important players since joining in 2019. He scored 10 Premier League goals in the 2020-21 season, an exceptional return for a central midfielder, and has remained a consistent performer in England's top flight. His aerial presence, late runs into the box, and defensive tenacity make him genuinely difficult to replace.
