At perfect weather is also amazing to see it and there are always people you can meet and chat with. It's good for walk, for taking beautiful photos, meeting new people, see Sofia from above.
At night is also super cool to see it with all the lights, but be with good windproof jacket, good shoes and light.
If the weather is bad and with clouds is also really beautiful to see it and take photos, but again be careful, because the weather there could change for seconds, especially if you see fog, so be prepared!
Behind the tower there is one more view that's at the top of one small hill, there are steps and little road to the top of the hill, so you can check it also.
Near the tower there is a restaurant and you can check the view from it aslo, but you need to pay some small fee around 2,50 euro or 5 leva and it's definitely worth it!"
