Reviews Summary

Playa Corozalito is praised for its stunning natural beauty, secluded atmosphere, and the incredible opportunity to witness Olive Ridley turtle nesting. Visitors appreciate the picturesque palm trees and the chance to enjoy fresh coconut water. However, the rough seas and rocky shore make swimming challenging, and the unpaved access road requires a 4x4 for comfortable travel.

"Interesting open sea beach- turtle nests and solitude. As in Islita there are pebbles/ rocks throughout and it is very bad to step on to go for a swim. Pretty rough sea too, if without a board"

Marcosls2015

"Arrived at sunrise, lots of turtle shells- and not a soul in sight. Simply beautiful. We rented a 4x4 for the day and went here, playa Islita, and playa coyote. All worth the stop, but this was the most breathtaking. I wouldn’t personally swim out farther than I can touch. Strong currents"

"We came from Samara and the 45 min drive was really really nice with a 4x4. We saw monkeys on the trees, a waterfall, and beautiful twisty roads. Lots of coconuts on the beach which one of the locals cut them open for us. Didn’t see turtles cause we were there mid day but saw many nests and egg shells. Overall, beautiful and relaxing. A must see if you are in the area."
