"This trail is a hidden gem along the Pacific Coast Highway that’s definitely worth a stop. It’s not crowded, the hike down to the cliffs is short and easy, and the views? Absolutely incredible.
Given how little effort it takes to reach such a breathtaking spot, it’s a no-brainer to pull over and check it out. If you’re cruising the PCH, don’t miss this one—it’s a quick adventure with a big payoff! Just keep an eye out for ticks. Didn't encounter this problem, however, others have posted about them being in the area."

Chris Westwood

"Big Sur’s best kept secret that’s too good not to share. Come here to enjoy the ocean views without the crowds.

Just a short walk along the path and you’ll find yourself admiring the coast with some grazing cows. You can walk along the bluff for a while before hunkering down to enjoy a picnic lunch. The cows are king here, so be warned there is a. lot. of. poop. In the off season, it also gets pretty muddy.

Extend your adventure with the ~mile long path to Sand Dollar beach. It’s beautiful and a bit untraveled, but offers great rewards."

Amy

"Has amazing views of inaccessible black sand beaches and bright blue water and bluff coastline"
