Alidu Seidu

Alidu Seidu is one of Ghana's most exciting defensive talents — a rapid, tenacious right-back who has impressed consistently at Stade Rennais since joining from Clermont Foot in 2022. His pace and aggression in one-on-one situations make him a natural fit for Rennes' high-intensity defensive pressing, and he has held his own in Ligue 1 against some of Europe's best wide forwards. Still only 26, he has already accumulated meaningful international experience with the Black Stars and represents one of Ghana's clearest long-term assets in defence. His ability to recover quickly and defend in space is a genuine international-level quality.
