"We’ve always been enamored with the night sky and when we found this observatory and its various night sky programs we knew we needed to visit. The drive from Tucson to the observatory was nice and the views going up the last 12 miles was phenomenal. The Nightly Observing Program was very informative. The evening consisted of: light dinner, overview of programs and history, sunset, night sky with binoculars, view various objects through 24” telescope. Mind the weather…bring layers!! Our evening was slightly modified due to extreme high winds."
